Who we are

For over a century Acetaia Marchi has been producing traditional Aceto Balsamico di Modena: with care, love and passion towards the real modenese tradition, made from selected raw material and experience. The Aceto Balsamico represents the best of the italian production and Acetaia Marchi is committed on a day-to-day basis to offer a selection of vinegars and condiments that stand out for taste and quality, meant for true connoisseurs.

The traditional Aceto Balsamico’s homeland is situated between the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia, this is Marchi’s home: a real modenese vinegar cellar.

Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale Di Modena P.D.O

Our Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di modena P.D.O. Affinato (over 12 years of aging) and Extravecchio (over 25 years), obtained exclusively from Trebbiano grapes and left to age in barrels made of different woods: Oakwood, Chestnut-wood, Acacia wood, Cherry-wood, Ashwood.

Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P.

Our Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is obtained from a strict selection of the best musts from our hills, mixed wine vinegar and aged in oak barrels: a dark colored balsamic vinegar with sublime density and quality, the combination of decades of tradition and antique flavours

Balsamic Vinegar based Condiments and Creams

Our Balsamic Condiments are aged in fine wooden barrels, following ancient family traditions. The many years of aging give birth to a high density, dark brown product, with a pleasant acidity always kept below 6%.

Organic Bittersweet Jams with Modena Balsamic Vinegar

Marchi Vinegar cellar offers a variety of sauces and marmalades, ideal to accompany cheese or meats for a fine appetizer, to create original main courses or second courses, enhancing the flavours.
