Balsamic Dessert


1 yolk
50 g of sugar
40 g of flour
200 ml of milk
150 g of white chocolate
Whipped Cream
2 egg whites


Balsamic Condiment Rose syrup


Whip the yolk with the sugar, add the flour and warm milk. Ass to the result the minced white chocolate and cook it on low heat in order to let the chocolate melt. Stir until the creams thickens. Whip in two ​separate​ bowls the two egg whites along with the whipped cream. Combine the two bowls to the cream, try not to undo the mixture. Pour the mixture in silicon ​​molds​ and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Lastly, place the semifreddo on a serving plate and add a balsamic condiment and rose syrup.
