Beef tagliata with Balsamic Condiment


500 g of beef
30 g of scaled parmesan
3 tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil
Some arugula
Balsamic Condiment


First of all, massage the meat with salt, then sizzle it in high heat for 2 minutes per side. Next cut the meat in rather thin slices and place them on a tray, avoiding overlapping them too much. Put it in the oven for 4 to 6 minutes, or only 2 minutes if you like it rare. Take out the beef from the oven and put it on a serving plate, decorating it as wished with arugula, parmesan, Balsamic Condiment, salt and oil.
