Berry Ice Cream with Balsamic Vinegar


200 ml of fresh cream
200 ml of fresh whole milk
100 g of caster sugar
Berries as much as you wish
Balsamic Condiment


Pour the milk, the fresh cream and the sugar in a small pot and leave on the stove for 4-5 minutes until the sugar is melted. Then let it cool down at room temperature, then let it cool in the refrigerator for an hour. In the meantime set a bowl in the freezer (you will need it eventually for the ice cream). Take out the compound from the refrigerator, blend it and put it in the freezer. Stir the compound every 35 minutes when the surface begins hardening. Repeat this process with regular intervals. After about 5 hours, when it’s ready, set it in a cup or on a plate and add the berries and balsamic vinegar.

For this preparation we recommend a Balsamic Condiment “Leggendario 32”, creamy and wrapping.
