White Organic Dressing

The White Organic Dressing  is obtained from the blend of high quality grape musts and wine vinegars and processed until we obtain a product with significant density and soft taste. We choose exclusively white grapes from the territory, cultivated with the organic process, with a special consideration for nature. With a nearly white shade, this product is excellent for those who wish to season their food creations without changing their colour.

This White Organic Dressing is available in the Marasca bottle of 250 ml with pourer drip.

Ingredients: Organic cooked grape must, organic wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. There is no addition of preservatives, colorants, thickeners nor added sulphites.

Balsamic Dressing “Il Delicato 6”

Delicate as its name, it is a fresh and sweet and sour Dressing Condiment, aged for several years in oak barrels and then in chestnut barrels, which give to this dressing an intense colour and a pleasant aroma. This is the youngest Balsamic Dressing of our collection, with a creamy density, and leaves the palate pleasantly fresh. Great for everyday use.

This fresh Dressing is packaged in a rustic bottle Farmacia, of 250 ml.

Ingredients: Cooked must, Wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. There is no addition of preservatives, colorants, thickeners nor added sulphites.

Use: Savoury with risottos, compotes and strawberries.

Balsamic Dressing “Prezioso 9”

The name Prezioso perfectly describes the high quality of this product, made from the best grapes of the area. After a long ageing in French oak barrels, it is poured in acacia casks, which have the property to make this precious black gold pleasantly creamy and fragrant. With its brown colour and sweet and sour flavour, Prezioso has a weakened acidity and a penetrating aroma.

Its pretty bottle King, of 250 ml, is great to taste for a long time its full-bodied softness

Balsamic Dressing “Superiore 14”

Superiore 14 is a Dressing  obtained from a long maturation process, with high quality raw materials, cooked at low temperature to let it release all the properties of the must, the main ingredient. The long ageing process gives Superiore 14 an intense aroma and a significant density.

In its refined and elegant Gardenia 200 ml bottle, it is an excellent product to accompany any kind of recipe.

Balsamic Dressing “Superiore 16”

As the younger Superiore 14, Superiore 16 is a condiment obtained from a long maturation process too, with high quality raw materials, cooked at low temperature to let it release all the properties of the must, the main ingredient. The longer process of ageing gives Superiore 16 a more intense perfume and more syrupy density. A culinary excellence with unique and distinctive characteristics, valued and tasty.

Balsamic Dressings “La Riserva 7 – 11 – 15 – 19”

Born from the perfect selection and blending of cooked must and wine vinegar from the best grapes of the area, these precious Balsamic Dressing mature for several years in oak barrels, completing their ageing in small barrels made of different precious woods, from which they absorb their characteristic sweet and fragrant taste. They differ among themselves for different years of ageing, which give them a brown colour increasingly more intense and a density progressively more marked.

They are available in elegant and unique Esmeralda 100 ml bottles, with labels of different shades of brown.

Thanks to the artisan skills passed down through the centuries by the Marchi family, the best cooked must and wine vinegar are mixed together to create a high quality product that achieves a remarkable ageing. Elegant jewels for exhibition and tasting, these Balsamic Dressings spend their stage of ageing in oak barrels, and then are decanted in small doses in older casks of different woods.

Balsamic Dressing “Il Pregiato 12”

Pregiato 12 has a smooth and pleasant taste and an intense aroma. It is the youngest of the Pregiato triptych, but still boasts a remarkable ageing. Of a brown colour and a remarkably dense consistency, it comes from the best grapes of the area and spends most of its life in oak barrels. Finally it is carefully decanted in small barrels of Acacia that slowly emanate their physical peculiarities, giving to this Condiment its typical dark colour and its sweet essence.

Balsamic Dressing “Il Pregiato 18”

Pregiato 18 is the second for ageing of the Prezioso triptych. Every drop encloses all the Balsamic Vinegar knowledge passed down for centuries in the Marchi family. Matured in oak barrels, it completes its ageing in small barrels of Acacia. Thanks to the slow process of ageing, this Dressing acquires a deep brown colour and a considerable density. It offers a bouquet of extremely diverse scents, leaving the palate soft and comfortable.

More than two decades of ageing: the name Pregiato perfectly fits this Balsamic Dressing. Extremely balanced and with a persistent perfume, the excellent raw materials and the ageing techniques of Pregiato 24 are the same of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. It is transferred annually in limited quantities from the largest barrel to the smallest one, to make a product with exceptional organoleptic characteristics.

The excellence of this Balsamic Dressing is enhanced by its hand-painted ceramic amphora, that contains a great treasure which embodies the naturalness with which we produce our Balsamic Dressings.  

It is proposed in a precious hand-painted ceramic amphora of 100 ml or 250 ml. The amphora has painted the Acetaia name and logo. A timeless piece of art that enhances the high quality and the inestimable value of this Balsamic Dressing.

Acetaia Marchi boasts among its Balsamic Dressing Leggendario 32, the most aged of the collection, aged in the same way of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. We use the same high-quality grapes of the area, turned into cooked grape must, slowly matured and naturally fermented. The small and selected barrels, in which it ages for decades, have been obtained from different woods, such as oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry, juniper and acacia, and give it a heady perfume and an exceptionally soft taste. Its sweetness is immediately perceptible, like the deep dark colour.

This practical Cream is a great complement to flavour with taste everyday dishes. It is produced with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI which ensures its original and natural recipe. Its scent is delicate but at the same time bittersweet. Perfect to add an original touch to each dish while maintaining the reference to the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.

Available in 250 ml bottles with soft body, easy to squeeze to the last drop.
