Platinum seal has a deep dark colour, a fresh scent and is not so aggressive, thanks to the many years of maturation. The persistent aromas and flavours arise from the prolonged ageing in oak barrels, that are never completely empty, to ensure a continuous circle of extraordinary flavours and features. The sweet flavour of the cooked must gets a pleasant woody aftertaste, to give the palate that extraordinary taste people love. Indispensable in the kitchen, it is perfect to garnish the most sophisticated and complex recipes.
