Fillet and Vegetables Skewers

INGREDIENTS:

Half a red pepper
Half a yellow pepper
Half a green pepper
110 g of pork fillet
150 g of borettane onions
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Balsamic Condiment

PREPARATION:

Wash the peppers, take out their seeds and cut them into pieces. Cut the fillet into slightly bigger pieces than the peppers. Put the little onions in a cup with the Balsamic Condiment and let them soak. Compose the skewers as wished, alternating the pepper, the fillet and the onion. Cook them preferably on a grill or on a skillet. Add salt, pepper, oil and Balsamic Vinegar as needed.

Recommended combination:

With this dish our Balsamic Condiment “Superiore 14” is ideal with grilled meats.
