Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Vinegar


1 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 eggplant
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Wash the vegetables and cut them in thick strips. Grill them on a grill or on a griddle. Serve on a serving plate and pour the balsamic vinegar. Complement the vegetables with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Besides the mentioned vegetables, you may choose other vegetables such as mushrooms, onions and carrots.
