INGREDIENTS:Half kg of prawns
1 ground clove of garlic
Parsley to taste
PREPARATION:Wash the prawns in cold water. In a saucepan put the prawns, oil, salt, pepper and garlic and brown them for a few minutes.
Simmer with the Balsamic Condiment, and when it evaporates add the fresh chopped parsley.
Arrange the prawns on the plate, and if you want you can add again a little oil and Balsamic Condiment.
