Light Lasagnas


4 sheets of lasagna pasta
100 g of arugula
80 g of goat ricotta cheese
20 g of parmesan
20 g of walnuts
Balsamic Condiment


Put together the parmesan and the ricotta cheese. Blanch the lasagna pasta and get two strips out of each sheet of pasta. Compose the lasagnas with a layer of pasta, the ricotta and parmesan mix, parmesan, arugula and walnuts. You may blend the walnuts and put them into the cheese mix, keeping a few out as final decoration. Finish with a bit of Balsamic Condiment.

For these lasagnas you may use our Balsamic Condiment “la Riserva 15”, ideal with creams.
