Pineapple slices with balsamic vinegar


4 slices of pineapple
2 spoons of honey
1 lime
1 spoon of Balsamic Condiment


Mix the honey and lime juice in a bowl, and let the pineapple soak for 10 minutes so that it absorbs the flavors and smells. Then grill the pineapple. Mix the sugar and mint in a blender in order to obtain a flavored sugar. Display the slices of pineapple on a serving plate and glaze with balsamic condiment. Finally dust with the minty sugar.

For this dish we suggest the Balsamic Condiment “Superiore 16”, great with fruit.
