INGREDIENTS:1 slice of pork
1 head of radicchio
2-3 slices of speck
1 teaspoon of Parmigiano Reggiano
Cream with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
PREPARATION:Compose the girello with the slice of pork, the radicchio, the Parmigiano and the speck.
Wrap the slice of pork like a roll.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve and glaze with the Cream.
