Pork Roll with Radicchio

INGREDIENTS:

1 slice of pork
1 head of radicchio
2-3 slices of bacon
1 spoon of parmesan

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Cream

PREPARATION:

Lay out the slice of pork meat. Compose the roll layering the radicchio, the parmesan and the bacon. Roll up the piece of pork. Put into the oven at 180​°C f​or 25-30 minutes. Serve adding the cream.

Recommended combination:

For this dish we suggest adding our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Cream, smooth and dense.
