Pork Scallops with Balsamic Vinegar


4 pork scallops
1 red
Balsamic Condiment


Cut the onion in strips and cook it on a hot plate until withered. Add salt, pepper and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. On the same hot plate cook the scallops. At around half cooking time, roll them up. Keep cooking the scallops until completed. Serve them with a final touch of Balsamic Condiment.

Suggested combination:

We suggest using our Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 11”, which has a fruity fragrance.
