Prawns with Balsamic Vinegar


Half a kilogram of prawns
1 minced garlic clove
Parsley as needed
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil


Wash the prawns with cold water. Then put them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper
and garlic and saute everything for a few minutes.
Blend in the Balsamic Condiment and when it evaporates, add the fresh minced parsley. Display the prawns on a serving plate; if you wish you may add more oil and Balsamic Condiment.

Recommended combination:

We recommend using our Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 16” for its intense fragrance.
