Shell pasta with cheese and pears


100 g of shell pasta
2 pears
20 g of parmesan
80 g of ricotta cheese 2 spoons of honey
2 spoons of sugar Balsamic Condiment


Peel the pears, take out the core and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl with sugar and balsamic vinegar to caramelize. Put together the pears, grated parmesan, ricotta cheese and honey. Cook the shell pasta in salted water and take them out once they’re ready; with a spoon fill them one by one with the cheese and pear filling. Display them on a serving plate and pour some Balsamic Vinegar.
