Strawberry Compost with balsamic vinegar

INGREDIENTS:

200 g of cane sugar
250 g of washed and cut strawberries
50 ml of Balsamic Condiment Thyme
Two mint leaves

PREPARATION:

Wash and cut into bits the strawberries. Put the cane sugar and the Balsamic Condiment in a pot and let them amalgamate for a couple of minutes. When the sugar is well melted, add the strawberries, the thyme and the mint. Let it all cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Accompany the compost with a selection of cheese to enhance the taste.

For this preparation we offer our Balsamic Condiment “Il Delicato 6”, refreshing and pungent.
