Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Affinato (over 12 years) and Extravecchio (over 25 years), exclusively obtained from Trebbiano grapes and left to age in barrels made with different woods: Oak, Chestnut, Acacia, Cherry, Locust , Ash.
Obtained from a rigorous selection of our hills best grapes mixed with wine vinegar, aged in Oak barrels.
It is a product with a dark brown colour and excellent density and quality, result of decades of tradition and ancient flavours of Modena lands.
Our Condiments are aged in barrels of high quality wood, according to old family traditions.
The many years of ageing create a high density product, with dark brown colour and a pleasant acidity, always lower than 6%.
